Dr Dhruva Ramachandran

Dr Dhruva Ramachandran is a General Practitioner with an interest in dermatology and cosmetic medicine. Dhruva has vast experience in the field of dermatology and cosmetic medicine and a particular interest in laser medicine and treating various dermatological disorders.

He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Diploma in Family Medicine (DFM), Diplomate in Practical Dermatology (DPD), and a Diplomate American Academy of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Medicine.

Dhruva is a Fellow of the Academy of Family Physicians (FAFP), Malaysia; a Fellow of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (FCPCA); and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

As a practising GP, Dhruva has worked in a number of hospitals throughout the world, including in Malaysia, India, the United Kingdom and Australia.

I came to DermCosmesis with over 20 years’ experience after owning several businesses of my own.

My passion is with skin repair and meeting the skin needs of our clients, using a combination of clinical technology and techniques, products and home care.

I enjoy the satisfaction from a correct diagnosis and treatment that meets my clients needs and addresses their skin concerns.

The best part of my job is getting to know my clients on a personal level – their likes and dislikes, their families, and I really love hearing all about their special events.
